Do you accept insurance?
While we don't directly accept insurance, we are considered out-of-network, and as a part of our service, we will contact your insurance to see what coverage is included in your plan.
What is the cost of the first appointment?
After your $75 deposit for your virtual consultation, that amount will be applied to your first visit. The total first visit cost is $330. That includes x-rays, neurological scans, findings, and your first adjustment. This is something we can also work into your care plan.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We book a week or two in advance, depending on availability. You will have a virtual consultation with one of our doctors, then our team will schedule your in-office visit from there.
Why do I have to do a virtual consult before my in-office appointment?
As neurologically focused chiropractors, we go deeper than the average chiropractor. We are not the place to come and get a quick crack/pop and come back when it hurts. We aim to truly get to the root cause of the issues you're having and prevent future ones from arising through specific, neurologically focused chiropractic care. By booking with our doctors, this allows them to fully hear you and understand what is going on, so we know that you are in the right place and how to best assist you once you arrive for your first appointment.
Do you see pregnant women?
Yes! Our doctors can see you at any point during your pregnancy - before, during, or after.
Do you see babies?
Yes! We believe chiropractic care is essential to them adjust smoothly to the outside world. We can see babies as soon as they're born!
I don't have back pain. Is chiropractic care still recommended?
Yes! At Excelsior, we focus on whole body wellness. We use readings from a nervoscope to help us determine interference in the spine that's colliding with your body functioning at its best. Getting adjusted affects everything from mental health to gut health and beyond.
